In automatic weighing, the product is brought to the scale via a conveyor or other transport system, where it is weighed. The weighing data is then collected and processed by the computer system for immediate use (quality control, process readjustment, etc.) or later (production statistics, traceability, etc.).
Packaging automation is using automatic or semi-automatic machinery at various stages of the packaging process, such as filling, wrapping, labeling, and palletizing. Almost all industries can benefit from it, especially since material handling can be challenging in this age of rising e-commerce.
Dehydrator :
A dehydrator is a piece of equipment that pulls the moisture out of foods to prevent the growth of bacteria, yeast, and mold. It dries food at a lower heat level to preserve the nutrients and enzymes in the food. A dehydrator allows you to naturally extend the shelf life of food without the need to add preservatives.
Osmotic dehydration : Osmotic dehydration is the phenomenon of the removal of water from a lower concentration of solute to a higher concentration through a semipermeable membrane, resulting in the equilibrium condition on both sides of the membrane.
“Food grade” refers to the materials from which a product is made. It indicates that it is permitted to come into direct contact with food meant for human consumption. Refers to equipment, machines, and tools used in the food processing and manufacturing industries. It includes a wide variety of machinery specifically designed to handle all aspects of food production, processing, packaging, and preservation.
In our factory, we are using all the equipment, machines, vessels, and utensils, which are made up of stainless steel (316 ‘L’ grade). This grade of stainless steel does not allow any contamination, and it can sustain any type of chemical reaction in our factory; all contact parts of machines are also 316 ‘L’ grade.
