Divine Delicacy has its prestigious product range of healthy snacks, drinks, and lunch items. All products are healthy, full of nutrition, and have three layers of coated packaging. These products are very useful for working women, students, P.G. girls and boys, corporate employees, in hospitals for patients, tracking club members, tourists, and everyone. All key points are as follows:
- Required owned or ranted min. 10 x 10 = 100 sq. ft. of well-constructed and primely located space for Divine Delicacy FOOD MALL. (If rented, required 36-month registration agreement.)
- For stock holding space (godown of RCC constructed) will be separate. It's around Sq. ft. area.
- Rs. 3,00,000/- will be an Interest free refundable fixed deposit.
- Minimum locking period is 36 months.
- Channel partners will be responsible for local government bodies.
- The channel partner will have to obtain a license from FSSAI to sell food products.
- With any reason, channel partners will not be able to do business with the company. He has to inform the company with a simple application to the company within 40 working days.
- On a daily basis, channel partners will have to send their selling figures SKU-wise (item-wise) through mail.
- Same day at night or next morning, the channel partner will have to transfer the collection to the company bank account.
- The company will provide an approximate 40% commission as a profit against business. (On MRP amount of products).
- The 5th working day of every month is a reimbursement day for channel partners. The company will transfer the commission to the channel partner's bank account.
